Why Satan hates ISRAEL

 

Genesis 3:14

King James Version

14 And the Lord God said unto the serpent, 

Because thou hast done this, 

thou art cursed above all cattle, 

and above every beast of the field; 

upon thy belly shalt thou go, 

and dust shalt thou eat 

all the days of thy life:

It's an ancient hatred.

It started when GOD cursed the serpent.

When the enemy tempted Adam, through Eve.

Causing their fall, from grace.

Causing them death, from sin.

So, GOD declares:

Genesis 3:15

King James Version

15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, 

and between thy seed and her seed; 

it shall bruise thy head, 

and thou shalt bruise his heel.

From that, Satan knew there will be a "woman".

He also knew she will have a "seed".

This seed will "bruise" his head.

Now, we turn to the Book of Revelation to see the continuity of the story, that we may know the characters involved.

Revelation 12:1

King James Version

12 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; 

a woman clothed with the sun, 

and the moon under her feet, 

and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

Israel is that "woman" Satan hated.

The "twelve stars" are the 12 tribes of Israel.

Israel brought forth a "man child".

Revelation 12:5

King James Version

5 And she brought forth a man child, 

who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: 

and her child was caught up unto God, 

and to his throne.

The "man child" is JESUS.

As prophesied here:

Isaiah 9:6-7

King James Version

6 For unto us a child is born, 

unto us a son is given: 

and the government shall be upon his shoulder:

and his name shall be called Wonderful, 

Counsellor, 

The mighty God, 

The everlasting Father, 

The Prince of Peace.

7 Of the increase of his government and peace 

there shall be no end, 

upon the throne of David, 

and upon his kingdom, 

to order it, 

and to establish it 

with judgment and with justice 

from henceforth even for ever. 

The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

In JESUS' own words, He Himself will rule with a "rod of iron":

Revelation 2:27

King James Version

27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; 

as the vessels of a potter 

shall they be broken to shivers: 

even as I received of my Father.

The child who was "caught up unto God" is JESUS "received up into heaven".

Which occurred after His last meeting with His apostles.

When He was resurrected:

Mark 16:19

King James Version

19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, 

he was received up into heaven, 

and sat on the right hand of God.

Satan was that "great red dragon" waiting in ambush for the birth of that "man child":

Revelation 12:3-4

King James Version

3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; 

and behold a great red dragon, 

having seven heads and ten horns, 

and seven crowns upon his heads.

4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, 

and did cast them to the earth: 

and the dragon stood before the woman 

which was ready to be delivered, 

for to devour her child 

as soon as it was born.

Now, here comes the part where Satan begins hating Israel -- the "woman" -- who gave JESUS to the world:

Revelation 12:13

King James Version

13 And when the dragon saw 

that he was cast unto the earth, 

he persecuted the woman 

which brought forth the man child.

That persecution continues to this day, growing more each day.

Why was Satan "cast unto the earth"?

Revelation 12:7-9

King James Version

7 And there was war in heaven: 

Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; 

and the dragon fought and his angels,

8 And prevailed not; 

neither was their place found any more in heaven.

9 And the great dragon was cast out, 

that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, 

which deceiveth the whole world: 

he was cast out into the earth, 

and his angels were cast out with him.

At every opportunity, he sought the child's life.

He sought to tempt, and corrupt Him.

He must have celebrated, when JESUS was headed for the cross.

His hatred goes deep, thinking he sent JESUS to His death.

Not realizing it's all part of GOD's greater plan.

Hebrews 2:14-15

King James Version

14 Forasmuch then as the children 

are partakers of flesh and blood, 

he also himself likewise took part of the same; 

that through death he might destroy him 

that had the power of death, 

that is, the devil;

15 And deliver them who through fear of death 

were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

What Satan didn't know is that through JESUS' death on the cross, we got reconciled to GOD.

Hebrews 2:17

King James Version

17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him 

to be made like unto his brethren, 

that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest 

in things pertaining to God, 

to make reconciliation 

for the sins of the people.

Hebrews 9:15

King James Version

15 And for this cause 

he is the mediator of the new testament, 

that by means of death, 

for the redemption of the transgressions 

that were under the first testament, 

they which are called might receive 

the promise of eternal inheritance.

Through the blood of JESUS, we received redemption, and forgiveness.

Colossians 1:14

King James Version

14 In whom we have redemption 

through his blood, 

even the forgiveness of sins:

Satan thought the cross was the end of it.

Nope.

GOD had another surprise.

To top it all off, He resurrected JESUS.

Acts 2:24

24 Whom God hath raised up, 

having loosed the pains of death: 

because it was not possible 

that he should be holden of it.

1 Peter 3:18

King James Version

18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins,

 the just for the unjust, 

that he might bring us to God, 

being put to death in the flesh, 

but quickened by the Spirit:

CHRIST's resurrection gives us the promise of the same.

Romans 6:4

4 Therefore we are buried with him 

by baptism into death: 

that like as Christ was raised up from the dead 

by the glory of the Father, 

even so we also should walk 

in newness of life.

And if you profess your belief in JESUS, believing GOD resurrected His Son, you will be saved.

Romans 10:9

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth 

the Lord Jesus,

and shalt believe in thine heart 

that God hath raised him from the dead, 

thou shalt be saved.

Further, if the SPIRIT of GOD dwells in you, our mortal bodies will also be resurrected by His SPIRIT.

Romans 8:11

11 But if the Spirit of him 

that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, 

he that raised up Christ from the dead 

shall also quicken your mortal bodies 

by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

To have GOD's SPIRIT in us, we must be born again.

It is a command from JESUS:

John 3:3-7

King James Version

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, 

Verily, verily, I say unto thee, 

Except a man be born again, 

he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, 

How can a man be born when he is old? 

can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, 

and be born?

5 Jesus answered, 

Verily, verily, I say unto thee, 

Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, 

he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; 

and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, 

Ye must be born again.

Can you now see why Satan hates Israel so much?

GOD loves Israel.

Israel is the apple of GOD's eye.

Through Israel, JESUS was born, from the tribe of Judah.

GOD sent His only beloved Son, to save us from our sins.

Through His death, He defeated death, and the devil.

Through His resurrection, we have the promise of eternal life.

And it was all part of GOD's magnificent plan.

Which Satan was not privy to.

The next time you express hatred for Israel, do look into Bible prophecy.

Know why GOD chose Israel.

And how our salvation is tied with the Jews.

When you make war upon Israel, you make war upon GOD.

What are your chances for success?

Nil.

All this hatred for the Jews springs from that ancient hatred.

Which Satan had for GOD, JESUS, and Israel.

There is resentment, jealousy, pride, and a feeling of entitlement.

As well as fury, humiliation, and a feeling of being cheated.

After all Satan wanted GOD's throne.

Isaiah 14:12-14

King James Version

12 How art thou fallen from heaven, 

O Lucifer, son of the morning! 

how art thou cut down to the ground, 

which didst weaken the nations!

13 For thou hast said in thine heart, 

I will ascend into heaven, 

I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: 

I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, 

in the sides of the north:

14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; 

I will be like the most High.

All that "I will" cannot topple GOD's will.

Can you imagine the enemy's rage when all his plans crumbled?

And all because Israel, and JESUS, came into the picture.

Now you can see why both are SO hated in this world.

Time to wake up, folks!

Know the spirit driving you.

Is it of GOD, or of Satan?

Herod was influenced by Satan's spirit.

Consider when JESUS was born:

Matthew 2:7-8

7 Then Herod, 

when he had privily called the wise men, 

enquired of them diligently what time the star appeared.

8 And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, 

Go and search diligently for the young child; 

and when ye have found him, bring me word again, 

that I may come and worship him also.

Matthew 2:9

9 When they had heard the king, they departed; 

and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, 

went before them, 

till it came and stood over 

where the young child was.

10 When they saw the star, 

they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.

Matthew 2:11

11 And when they were come into the house, 

they saw the young child with Mary his mother, 

and fell down, and worshipped him: 

and when they had opened their treasures, 

they presented unto him gifts; 

gold, and frankincense and myrrh.

Matthew 2:12

12 And being warned of God in a dream 

that they should not return to Herod, 

they departed into their own country another way.

Matthew 2:13

King James Version

13 And when they were departed, 

behold, 

the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph 

in a dream, saying, 

Arise, and take the young child and his mother, 

and flee into Egypt, 

and be thou there until I bring thee word: 

for Herod will seek the young child 

to destroy him.

All I can say is what was Satan thinking?

Did he really think he could outmaneuver GOD?

Did he have the power to thwart GOD's plan?

Did he have greater power than JESUS?

Big, big mistake.

Let us give Israel the honor due her.

GOD chose her.

Who are we to reject her?

The SEVEN trumpets

 

Revelation 8:6

King James Version

6 And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets 

prepared themselves to sound.

Only JESUS is worthy of opening the SEVEN seals.

And when these are opened, seven angels will be given seven trumpets.

The Bible tells us about this future event:

Revelation 8:1-5

King James Version

8 And when he had opened the seventh seal, 

there was silence in heaven 

about the space of half an hour.

2 And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; 

and to them were given seven trumpets.

3 And another angel came and stood at the altar, 

having a golden censer; 

and there was given unto him much incense, 

that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints 

upon the golden altar which was before the throne.

4 And the smoke of the incense, 

which came with the prayers of the saints, 

ascended up before God out of the angel's hand.

5 And the angel took the censer, 

and filled it with fire of the altar, 

and cast it into the earth: 

and there were voices, and thunderings, 

and lightnings, and an earthquake.

Imagine the silence of half an hour.

Imagine the seven angels preparing to sound.

Imagine the sounds, lightnings, and earthquake.

Here's what will happen when each trumpet sounds.

The FIRST trumpet:

Revelation 8:7

7 The first angel sounded, 

and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, 

and they were cast upon the earth: 

and the third part of trees was burnt up, 

and all green grass was burnt up.

The SECOND trumpet:

Revelation 8:8-9

King James Version

8 And the second angel sounded, 

and as it were a great mountain burning with fire 

was cast into the sea: 

and the third part of the sea became blood;

9 And the third part of the creatures 

which were in the sea, and had life, died; 

and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

The THIRD trumpet:

Revelation 8:10-11

10 And the third angel sounded, 

and there fell a great star from heaven, 

burning as it were a lamp, 

and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, 

and upon the fountains of waters;

11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: 

and the third part of the waters became wormwood; 

and many men died of the waters, 

because they were made bitter.

The FOURTH trumpet:

Revelation 8:12-13

12 And the fourth angel sounded, 

and the third part of the sun was smitten, 

and the third part of the moon, 

and the third part of the stars; 

so as the third part of them was darkened, 

and the day shone not for a third part of it, 

and the night likewise.

13 And I beheld, and heard an angel 

flying through the midst of heaven, 

saying with a loud voice, 

Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth 

by reason of the other voices of the trumpet 

of the three angels, which are yet to sound!

The FIFTH trumpet:

Revelation 9:1-12

and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.

2 And he opened the bottomless pit; 

and there arose a smoke out of the pit, 

as the smoke of a great furnace;

3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: 

and unto them was given power, 

as the scorpions of the earth have power.

that they should not hurt the grass of the earth,

and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion,

The SIXTH trumpet:

Revelation 9:13-21

in the great river Euphrates.

15 And the four angels were loosed,

for to slay the third part of men.

16 And the number of the army of the horsemen 

were two hundred thousand thousand: 

and I heard the number of them.

17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, 

and them that sat on them, having breastplates 

of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: 

and the heads of the horses 

were as the heads of lions; 

and out of their mouths issued 

fire and smoke and brimstone.

18 By these three was the third part of men killed, 

by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone,

The SEVENTH trumpet:

Revelation 11:15

The kingdoms of this world 

are become the kingdoms of our Lord, 

and of his Christ; 

and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Knowing all these, why wouldn't you want to be part of the Rapture?

Why be part of the terrible Tribulation?

Turn to GOD now.

JESUS tells us how:

Mark 1:15

15 And saying, 

The time is fulfilled, 

and the kingdom of God is at hand: 

repent ye, and believe the gospel.

CITY on 7 hills

 

Revelation 17:9

King James Version

9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. 

The seven heads are seven mountains, 

on which the woman sitteth.

Which city on seven hills is the Book of Revelation referring to?

It's a recent study SPIRIT gave me to look into.

With the way the world is turning out, I know it's mighty important.

Further, if it was not important, it would not have been ONE whole chapter.

To better understand this prophecy, let's look into that chapter:

Revelation 17

17 And there came one of the seven angels 

which had the seven vials, 

and talked with me, saying unto me, 

Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment 

of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:

2 With whom the kings of the earth 

have committed fornication, 

and the inhabitants of the earth 

have been made drunk 

with the wine of her fornication.

3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: 

and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, 

full of names of blasphemy, 

having seven heads and ten horns.

4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, 

and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, 

having a golden cup in her hand 

full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

5 And upon her forehead was a name written, 

Mystery, Babylon The Great, 

The Mother Of Harlots 

And Abominations Of The Earth.

6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, 

and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: 

and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

7 And the angel said unto me, 

Wherefore didst thou marvel? 

I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, 

and of the beast that carrieth her, 

which hath the seven heads and ten horns.

8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; 

and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit,

and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, 

whose names were not written in the book of life 

from the foundation of the world, 

when they behold the beast that was, 

and is not, and yet is.

The seven heads are seven mountains,

16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, 

these shall hate the whore, 

and shall make her desolate and naked, 

and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.

17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, 

and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, 

until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, 

which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

Rome is the city the Bible refers to.

Istanbul is trying to get into the scene, too.

I also noticed more CITIES on SEVEN hills.

I just follow where SPIRIT leads me.

For now, I present to you my initial findings.

Curiously, an article came up today.

As if to assist me in my writing.

It's a "curious" article, for what is an aviation blog doing looking into "The Seven Mountains and Seven Heads"?

What does an aviation site have to do with the Book of Revelation?

Curious, indeed.

Expect another post to dig deeper into these findings.

Today, this post merely serves as framework.

There is much work to do, and I'm on it.

Why?

We are in the end times.

The Rapture is imminent.

It's all preparation now.

Where do you stand?

Are you FOR, or against GOD?

That's really the bottomline.

That dictates the personal future you will have.

2 Peter 1:20-21

that no prophecy of the scripture 

is of any private interpretation.

21 For the prophecy came not in old time 

by the will of man: 

but holy men of God spake 

as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

Scripture always speaks truth.

For it is the WORD of GOD.

The verses above reveal the SOURCE of prophecy.

Which is the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD.

Holy men of God spoke "as they were moved by the Holy Ghost".

Witness the experience of prophet Jeremiah:

Jeremiah 1:4-10

4 Then the word of the Lord came unto me, 

saying,

5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; 

and before thou camest forth out of the womb 

I sanctified thee, 

and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

6 Then said I, Ah, Lord God! 

behold, I cannot speak: 

for I am a child.

7 But the Lord said unto me, 

Say not, I am a child: 

for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, 

and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.

8 Be not afraid of their faces: 

for I am with thee to deliver thee, 

saith the Lord.

9 Then the Lord put forth his hand, 

and touched my mouth. 

And the Lord said unto me, 

Behold, 

I have put my words in thy mouth.

10 See, 

I have this day set thee 

over the nations and over the kingdoms, 

to root out, 

and to pull down, 

and to destroy, 

and to throw down, 

to build, 

and to plant.

So, that's what a prophet's supposed to do:

"to root out"

"to pull down"

"to destroy"

"to throw down"

"to build"

"to plant"

All, according to GOD's WILL.

The prophets goes, where GOD sends him.

The prophet speaks, what GOD asks him to speak.

A prophet is in TOTAL obedience to the LORD.

Here's another important verse about the "spirit of prophecy".

This, from apostle John, who initially wanted to revere an angel.

To which the angel replied:

Revelation 19:10 

King James Version

10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. 

And he said unto me, 

See thou do it not: 

I am thy fellowservant, 

and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: 

worship God: 

for the testimony of Jesus 

is the spirit of prophecy.

Here's how to identify "false prophets.

Let JESUS point it out to us:

Matthew 7:15-17 

King James Version

15 Beware of false prophets, 

which come to you in sheep's clothing, 

but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. 

Do men gather grapes of thorns, 

or figs of thistles?

17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; 

but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

Not all prophets serve GOD.

JESUS was very clear about that.

The LORD knows who His prophets are.

Matthew 7:21-23 

King James Version

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, 

shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; 

but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, 

Lord, Lord, 

have we not prophesied in thy name? 

and in thy name have cast out devils? 

and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, 

I never knew you: 

depart from me, 

ye that work iniquity.
